Martin Thomas

Martin began his career as a management accountant with GEC and Procter & Gamble before moving into the business applications sector in 1993, specialising in MRP II and ERP solutions. He led multiple MBOs and MBIs while founding and exiting two high-growth start-ups in enterprise applications. Since 2011, he has focused on business development, M&A, and corporate restructuring, helping organisations adopt new technologies, drive transformation, and reduce IT project failures by aligning solutions with business needs.

Dave Gorman

Dave is a highly experienced Enterprise and Solution Architect with over 20 years of expertise in retail banking. He specialises in designing solution architectures for core banking replacements and digital transformations for leading UK and international banks. His extensive knowledge spans core banking systems, digital applications, telephony, business process management, data warehousing, integration, cards and payments, and correspondence management. He also has a strong background in tier-one consulting and maintains senior-level relationships with top core banking software providers.

Chris Neil

Chris is an experienced technology leader with a strong focus on driving business transformation in the Financial Services sector. He has led the adoption of cloud-based technologies, process automation, Machine Learning, and AI to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. With over a decade of experience developing and operating secure, high-transactional solutions, he has also been instrumental in delivering innovative, business-critical systems, including one of the world’s first live gaming platform processing over £1 billion bets annually .

Mike Thomas is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience driving strategic account growth for top technology companies. Most recently Global Sales Leader, Strategic Accounts at EDB, Mike excels at building high-performing teams, fostering strategic alliances, and expanding SaaS solutions globally. His expertise spans enterprise software, cloud computing, and go-to-market strategies, all reinforced by a disciplined MEDDIC sales approach. Mike holds an MBA from Warwick Business School and a B.Eng from the University of Manchester .
